ARE YOUR PRODUCTS NATURAL AND SAFE?

Yes! Every Skin Alchemy formula is crafted with botanicals, clean actives, and safe synthetics that meet strict safety standards. We avoid harsh chemicals, parabens, phthalates, and artificial fragrances—choosing only ingredients that support skin health.

ARE YOUR PRODUCTS CRUELTY-FREE?

Absolutely. Skin Alchemy is proudly cruelty-free. We never test on animals, and we work with suppliers who share our values.

ARE YOUR PRODUCTS VEGAN?

Most of our products are vegan-friendly, but a few formulas contain ethically sourced beeswax or honey. Each product page clearly notes if it’s vegan.

ARE YOUR PRODUCTS SAFE FOR SENSITIVE SKIN?

Many of our formulas are designed with sensitive and aging skin in mind. We recommend doing a small patch test first, especially if you have allergies or reactive skin.

Where are your products made?

 Each batch is handmade in small quantities in our studio in the U.S. This ensures freshness, attention to detail, and the highest quality.

Why does the color or scent of my product look slightly different from the last time I ordered?

Since we use real botanicals and natural extracts, variations can occur from harvest to harvest. This doesn’t affect the quality or effectiveness—it’s simply nature’s touch.

Do you use synthetic fragrances?

No. All of our scents come from natural essential oils, hydrosols, and botanical extracts. The experience is fresh, therapeutic, and never overpowering.fresher longer if kept out of direct sunlight and at room temperature or below.

Are your products safe to use during pregnancy?

We formulate our products with natural, botanical ingredients and take safety very seriously. Out of an abundance of caution, we do not recommend using the Passionfruit Cleansing Melt or the Fruit Enzyme Resurfacing Mask during pregnancy or while nursing, as they contain white willow bark extract (a natural source of salicylic acid/BHA). While there is no evidence that topical use of this ingredient is unsafe, concerns primarily relate to oral ingestion, and we prefer to be extra cautious.

Additionally, many of our products contain therapeutic-grade essential oils. Because every pregnancy is unique, we strongly recommend consulting your healthcare professional before introducing new skincare products into your routine.

Shipping, Order Info & Payments

What are your shipping options?

We want your Skin Alchemy order to arrive safely and in a timely manner. Here’s what you can expect:

Free Shipping

  • We offer free domestic USPS First Class shipping on all orders over $75.

Standard Shipping (USPS First Class)

  • Cost: Based on package weight and destination (free over $75)
  • Estimated Delivery: 2–7 business days (after our 3–5 business day processing time)

Expedited Shipping (USPS Priority Mail & UPS Options)

  • Cost: Based on package weight and destination
  • Estimated Delivery: 1–3 business days (after our 3–5 business day processing time)
  • Includes insurance in case your package is lost or damaged
  • Need your order in a hurry? Expedited USPS Priority and UPS shipping options are available at checkout.

Processing Time

  • Please note all orders require 3–5 business days for processing before shipping. During sales or new launches, processing may take slightly longer due to high order volume.

How long will it take to process my order?

We typically process orders within 3–5 business days. During new launches and sales, it may take a little longer due to high demand. Thank you for your patience while we hand-pack your order with care.

Do you ship internationally?

We ship to most foreign countries with a flat-rate shipping fee of $42.00

Please allow up to four weeks (excluding 3-5 business day processing) for your order to arrive after shipping. Usually it will arrive sooner, but customs departments do have the right to hold items and there is not much we can do about this. Also, we do not pay for anything to be released from customs to you. 

Please keep in mind that what you pay online for your order does not include possible taxes and import duties which may be applied by customs authorities on delivery into your country. The payment and knowledge of taxes and duties that may apply to your purchase are your responsibility and we do not reimburse customs or duties costs. For more information on what duties and taxes may be payable by you prior to the delivery of your parcel, we strongly recommend checking your local customs website or contacting them directly prior to placing your order. Please note, if you choose not to pay duties on import and return the package, we may refund the order less any shipping paid.

Unfortunately, we are unable to ship to forwarding company addresses at this time. If an order is placed with a forwarding shipping address, the order may be canceled automatically by our system. 

My order says it was delivered, but I never received it. What do I do? 

It's common for carriers to scan a package as delivered before they actually deliver it. Give it 2 days or so to show up in your mailbox before contacting USPS. If 2-3 days has passed and you still haven't received your package, here's a tip that we've found works best: print out the tracking information, write a note to your local carrier and stick it in your mailbox. Let your carrier know you haven't received the package. This usually works better than calling customer service. If this doesn't work or you still haven't received your package, please contact your local USPS office for more information: 1 (800) 275-8777.

I received my order and it's damaged, what do I do?

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. You can reach us through email at hello@skinalchemy.skin

What is Your return policy?

We’re purists: we believe you should be 100% satisfied with your products. Because our products are made with the cleanest and most nourishing ingredients, it’s easy to stand behind them. That being said, if a product isn’t the right fit for you, we will be here to help.

If for any reason you’re not satisfied, we will gladly offer an exchange or refund on gently used products within 30 days of purchase from bluehavenholistics.com (minus the cost of shipping). To process your return please reach out to our customer service team at hello@skinalchemy.skin with your order number and the products you'd like to exchange or return, and we'll be happy to help you.

*We monitor returns and reserve the right to refuse service to anyone that may misuse or abuse the policy.

Are there certain items that are non-refundable?

Yes. Items marked on sale, partial return of gift sets and free gifts or promotional items are not eligible for returns.

What methods of payment do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards, Paypal, Meta Pay and Google Pay.

We've also partnered with Shop Pay to offer you the option to pay in full at checkout, or to split your purchase into 4 equal, interest-free installment payments for orders between 50 USD and 3,000 USD. There are no additional charges, interest rates, or late fees.
